Boris Commits to Leaving the Single Market, The Customs Union and the ECJ on 31st October 2019

The biggest concern of Brexiteers is that Boris will fudge a deal with the EU that means that we will not really leave the EU at all – a reheated ‘Withdrawal Agreement’ that doesn’t really involve leaving at all.

But today, back from New York, in answer to a question in the House of Commons from Owen Paterson MP, Boris made it clear we will leave the remit of the European Court of Justice (ECJ), the EU Customs Union and the EU Single Market on October 31st!
